Jim Osborn, Managing Partner
Jim Osborn, a managing partner of Wray Executive Search, has been with the firm since 1996, after spending more than thirty years in various key executive positions within the foodservice business. An experienced operations recruiter, Jim Osborn's background in operations and financial control provides an in-depth, firsthand knowledge of executive requirements. Currently, he serves on the advisory board of a growing casual-dining chain.
Casual Dining, Family Dining and Quick Service Restaurant Executive
Prior to joining Wray Executive Search in Jacksonville, Osborn gained a thorough understanding of managing the restaurant business as COB, CEO, and COO of several restaurant organizations in casual dining, family dining and quick service restaurant segments. Previous experience also includes VP, operations; VP, systems and budgets; assistant controller; and purchasing director for several major chains.
Osborn holds a Bachelor of Science in industrial management from the University of West Virginia.
