Orrick Nepomuceno, CPC, brings years of operational and entrepreneurial experience in the restaurant industry to Dick Wray Executive Search. He began his career as a pastry chef in Washington, D.C., where he worked with some of the most prestigious chefs in the area. In addition, he created a national award-winning frozen dessert concept in the North Carolina region. Mr. Nepomuceno's utilization of emerging technologies equips him to efficiently and cost-effectively produce the best searches. He adds a fresh perspective that enhances our core belief in building great teams to find tomorrow's leaders today.

Mr. Nepomuceno earned a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Miami University in Ohio and an Associate's degree in Occupational Studies from the New England Culinary Institute in Vermont. He is also a Certified Personnel Consultant by the National Association of Personnel Services.

Mr. Nepomuceno serves as President of the New England Culinary Institute Alumni Associaiton and has been a member of the Multicultural Foodservice and Hospitality Alliance, Women's Foodservice Forum and the National Association of Personnel Services.

Mr. Nepomuceno resides in the Raleigh-Durham area with his wife and three children. He is also an avid triathlete.
